Who are you really?
Have you ever taken the time to discover who you really are? Most of us never have, but If you're not happy with the way your life is going or you have some challenges you want to overcome, it's the most important thing you can do.
Finding a space where you can allow yourself to talk and be OK with the uncomfortableness, learn new ways of seeing your situation and ask questions in a safe environment is a gift you can give yourself. Working with a therapist also has the added benefit of receiving feedback so that you can find thoughts and actions that are empowering and you can learn acceptance and find beauty in the exploration!
